Philipstown Racing Game – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WGP Mobile Game (the “Game”), developed and made available by The Philipstown WireCar Foundation NPC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License to Use

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
  • You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Game or any of its content.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game.
  • If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental/guardian consent to play.
  • By playing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Virtual Goods & Purchases

  • The Game may offer optional in-game purchases (such as cars, stickers, or upgrades).
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
  • Use the Game for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent banning from the Game.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including design, artwork, graphics, code, and trademarks, belong to The Philipstown WireCar Foundation NPC.
  • You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

  • We may collect limited personal and gameplay data to operate and improve the Game.
  • Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for interruptions, errors, data loss, or any damages resulting from your use of the Game.
  • Play is at your own risk.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
