Thank you for supporting the Philipstown WireCar Foundation. Every purchase helps us empower the children of Philipstown through creative play and skills development. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering wire cars or merchandise.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

Wire Cars:

• Wear & Tear is Part of the Fun: Large racing cars are meant to be played with. Minor bending or wheel dislodgement is not a defect and can easily be repaired.
• Defects: Only major manufacturing faults that prevent the car from functioning as intended are considered for warranty.

Merchandise:

• Covered for manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
• Not covered: sizing errors, colour variations, or wear from normal use.

2. Important Notes

• By purchasing, customers acknowledge that:
• Large racing cars may bend or require simple repairs — this is part of their design.
• Small display cars are delicate and not intended for play.
• Size exchanges for merchandise are not possible.
• Returns are only accepted for damage or defects.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. The Foundation is not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties if special arrangements are made.
